Earlier this month, one of our long-standing clients gave us a call with an unusual request. Their cat, Ruby, had managed to climb her way up a tree… and couldn’t quite work out how to get back down.
The call came in at 10:00am, and without hesitation, we got to work. By 12:40pm, the right equipment had arrived on site, allowing Ruby to be safely brought back down to ground level with all nine lives intact.
For this rescue, a boom lift was the ideal solution. Designed to provide safe access at height, the lift’s extendable and articulated arm allowed the rescue team to reach Ruby quickly and carefully, even in a hard-to-access spot within the tree. With full control and stability, the boom lift made it possible to complete the rescue efficiently and safely, proving that the right equipment really does make all the difference.
